Made to order - Most of our jewellery is made to order which means your item might not be exactly the same as pictured.

Perfectly imperfect - The gemstones we use vary in shape, size and colour, creating a slightly unique look in every piece. We have done our best to capture the essence of our jewellery in photos, however, every piece is unique and one of a kind - just like you!

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from the day of ordering (unless specified).

Returns Policy

If you are not in love with your item we will happily offer an exchange or refund within 7 days from receiving your order. Simply return the unworn goods with the original packaging back to us and we will issue you a credit or refund. Items are returned at your own cost for courier and we ask that you track your item once posted to ensure we receive it safely. 

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.

Refunds Policy

Our jewellery comes with a 2 year warranty. Please get in touch with us at hello@luster.co.nz if you have any issues with your jewellery.

In the rare case that there is an issue with your jewellery we will arrange for the item to be returned to us for evaluation. Together, we will work on a solution which may be a repair.

We will not issue refunds if we have good reason to believe items have not been cared for as recommended under Jewellery Care.

All our sterling silver and gold filled pieces comes with a 2 year warranty.

Tarnishing or damage due to misuse or neglect will not be replaced or repaired. Please see our care instructions on how to look after your jewellery.

Gold filled comprises of a base metal, usually copper or brass which has a thick layer of gold heat and pressure bonded to it.

Because of the process, it is resistant to tarnishing and chipping so it lasts a long time.

Gold filled must have a gold layer that equates to 5% or 1/20th of the total metal weight to be classed gold filled.

The gold filled we use is 14k and free from nickel, lead and cadmium.

925 sterling silver is a high-quality metal comprising of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.

The copper part makes the metal harder and more durable since pure silver is very soft. 

It is considered hypoallergenic because its free from nickel, lead and cadmium.
