Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from the day of ordering (unless specified).

Courier delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. We will send you a tracking link once your order has been sent.
New Zealand delivery via NZ Post
Standard tracked & signature: $10.00
Rural tracked: $12.00 | Rural tracked & signature: $15.00
FREE SHIPPING on orders $120 and over.
For security and peace of mind we now only use signature required shipping. 
If your delivery address is rural, you must select rural postage. If you do not, we may not send your order until the correct shipping method is paid. 
Covid-19 restrictions may cause delays with deliveries, unfortunately, this is out of our control and we need to be patient. You will be able to track the progress of your order via the tracking link that we will send you once your item has been sent.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not in love with your item we will happily offer an exchange or refund within 7 days from receiving your order. Simply return the unworn goods with the original packaging back to us and we will issue you a credit or refund. Items are returned at your own cost for courier and we ask that you track your item once posted to ensure we receive it safely. 

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.

Refunds Policy

Our jewellery comes with a 2 year warranty. Please get in touch with us at hello@luster.co.nz if you have any issues with your jewellery.

In the rare case that there is an issue with your jewellery we will arrange for the item to be returned to us for evaluation. Together, we will work on a solution which may be a repair.

We will not issue refunds if we have good reason to believe items have not been cared for as recommended under Jewellery Care.
